Bungalow winter rates

including 10% VAT, heating and final cleaning

Each bungalow is equipped with blankets, pillows, pots, pans, dishes.

• Allowed one car per bungalow, extra car including external parking € 3.50 per day.
• The Visitors are obliged to deposit a document in the direction and eventually pay the related tariff.
• On the day of arrival, the bungalows are available from 15:00.
• On the day of departure the bungalows must be vacated by 9:00 a.m., otherwise an extra day will be charged.
• For stays shorter than the minimum nights, an additional 20% must be added to the above prices.
• **Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per day (>14 years) up to 10 consecutive days.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

The deposit paid will be retained entirely with the possibility of re-use by the end of the current season (in agreement with the management, always based on availability), after which it will no longer be possible to use it.

In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no-show, late arrival without notice or early departure, the deposit will be kept entirely by the structure and will not be refundable or reusable.

Winter prices for pitches

including VAT 10%, electricity 3A and hot showers 24h on 24h

WINTER PACKAGE FOR PITCHES from 06/12/2024 to 04/05/2024 max 3 people (including parking extra pitch)

payments: only solution € 1.500,00 – 2 payment December € 950,00 + April € 600,00

• Empty caravans € 3.50 per day, excluding Christmas and Easter.
• Car outside the pitch including outdoor parking € 3.50 per day.
• The Visitors have the obligation to deposit a document in the direction and eventually pay the related tariff.
• On the day of arrival, the pitches are available from 15:00.
• On the day of departure the pitches must be vacated by 11:00 a.m., otherwise an extra day will be charged.
• Late check out / early check in (to be agreed with the management) supplement of 3.50 / pitch.
• In the high season for arrivals and departures at different times from those indicated above, an extra day is charged.
• For stays shorter than the minimum nights, an additional 20% must be added to the above prices.
